Default 325/60/18s on ram 1500

Im in the market for new wheels and tires for my 99 dodge ram. My brother has a set of nitto's 325/60/18s and I was wondering if they would fit under my stock truck or if i would need to lift it. If I need to lift it what would I need. Thanks

33/12.5/18 basically. No lift at all, they will probably rub the control arms a bit, depends on wheel backspacing.
