i already got one of those and im runnin out of upgrades and thats y im thinking of gettin one lol

I hear ya man. I just personally think a engine upgrade trumps interior upgrade...but to each his own.

If you are going for cosmetic upgrades, get the front bumper plastics. And polish your wheels!

the bumper plastics willget in the way of my truck flexin when i go to 38s and im gonna eventually get a big fancy bumper from top gun

Since your trying to do interior mods, might I suggest doing the dash. Assuming you haven't already.

will the stock 98-01 gauge cluster swap over to a 95 and everything hook up and work or is that even possible?

I'm sure it's possible, however it'd be very difficult since 94-97 gauge cluster were more of a square shape. Whereas the 98-01's had an arch at the top of the cluster.
