I would like to know just what caused the other pumps to fail.... Although, disassembling them to find out, would prolly void the warranty...
What installation/bleeding process are you using?

Put a new pump on exactly according to the Manual. with new lines and new steering box.. Seems a little better but i can already hear a slight whine... and thats how it starts.. I think that I just may go to local Machine shop and see if they will make me a smaller pulley for it... Only thing that I know to do..

If it whines, there is still air in the system. Jack up the front of the truck, start the engine, and crank the wheel from lock to lock several times. Check fluid. if it is foamy, shut if off let it sit and settle, top back off to full, and repeat. Keep doing that until there is no more air in the system.
