Did you change BJ's too? Could be binding badly and putting extra stress on the pump.

Yes they I changed everything up front... Wondering if I put a smaller pully on pump make it pump more/faster/harder ... Wonder if that might fix the problem...

I would like to know just what caused the other pumps to fail.... Although, disassembling them to find out, would prolly void the warranty...

What installation/bleeding process are you using?

Just a thought.. How are the lines to and from the pump maybe their is blockage causing it to starve for fluid. Like a brake line swelling causing bad flow and hard or sticking brakes....

Put a new pump on exactly according to the Manual. with new lines and new steering box.. Seems a little better but i can already hear a slight whine... and thats how it starts.. I think that I just may go to local Machine shop and see if they will make me a smaller pulley for it... Only thing that I know to do..

If it whines, there is still air in the system. Jack up the front of the truck, start the engine, and crank the wheel from lock to lock several times. Check fluid. if it is foamy, shut if off let it sit and settle, top back off to full, and repeat. Keep doing that until there is no more air in the system.
