I have heard people praise hughes and others that have had horror stories seems if you get the right part in good condition the first time its not a problem....and also I think it really depends on your luck with who picks up the phone, kinda why im leary to buy the airgap....but there the only ones that sell it
pulled this from Hughes website

The shipping charges on all returns must be pre-paid; we do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Yes I read that on their site. Like said before if the part was ordered and not in any way defective I would eat the 20% and not have any thing to say about them. What I didnt like was the fact that the part is defective and was told (with not so great of and attitude) that basicly i shouldnt have a problem with it, and to return it I have to eat the 20%.
wow thats horrible job cant believe they would sell that ! i would go with fastman 2nd time around as its cheaper and he is highly reccomended he also gives back 80 bucks for the stock one so its a win win.

This was my first pan I got. Look at all the scratches. I was disapointed to see that many scratches when i first opened the packaged. I can live with the scratches... except on the sealing surface, so I sent it back.

And here was the underbelly comming pre-gunked up.

.......
Night and day difference from the old and new one I recieved.
