would a 2000 durango 5.9 v8 4wd cat converter swap on to a 1998 ram 1500 5.2 v8 4wd qc?

thank you, anyway i could hack it off and make it fit? my cat is junk and i need a cheap fix to hold me over till i get enough for a new exhaust?

Pick up on an aftermarket direct fit unit for about 70 bucks.

You know you can get universal cat's for your application for around $65 bucks right?

You can also hollow it out temporarily if clogging is the issue. And if it is clogged, you have other issues. Do a search here for plenum.
