Default 2500 ram front and rear diff

I have a 2001ram 1500sport and a 1996 ram 2500 and I was wondering what I would have to change to put the front and rear riffs out of the 96 and swap into the 01 thanks also the 01 already has a 2500/3500 lift kit in it if that helps

So you already changed the rear springs out for 3" wide units? Cause the stock ones are only 2 1/2".

They will basically be bolt on. One issue you may have to play around with is the driveshafts. Also the control arm bushings changed within those years.
