Default 2500 2wd v10 oil seepage

i searched thru the forum and could only find the issues with the v8 about oil leaks and the plenum
i just got done doin everything suspension wise and while i was under the truck noticed quite a bit of sludge build up on the oil pan , i looked for oil leaks high up and didnt see anything so im guessing its the oil pan gasket
how much of a pain is it to replace? looks like a crap load of bolts holding the pan but other than that is there anything that needs to be moved before the pan comes out

Check the amount of clearance you have between the bottom of the pan, and the crossmember. Worst case is you would have to pull the engine mount bolts, and raise the whole thing up a few inches to get the pan out.

And yes, there are a carpal tunnel syndrome inducing amount of bolts down there......

Its a potential title for a new Clint Eastwood movie: A fistful of bolts.
