Question E fan wiring HELP Im an IDIOT

Ok guys time for the stupid question of the day! I have a e fan set up im putting in my truck and I must be having a brain fart here. Are the fans suppose to be wired to blow air toward the radiator or suck the air thru. Im thinking its sucking the cool air thru but I need someone elses opinion.

Wouldnt be to effective while driving if it was pushing the air coming in from driving.

Actually, there are two types of fans, pushers and pullers. Pushers are meant for installation IN FRONT of the rad or cooler. Pullers are meant for installation BEHIND the rad or cooler.

yup...

I have both a pusher and a puller.. offset..

It should be said also that the same fan will not PUSH as much air as it will PULL.. Mine are rated at 2750cfm pulling, but only 2400cfm pushing.. If you only have room/power for one, it makes a lot more sense to pull with it, rather than push..

so the one you traded me is a puller right? by the way did you get your headers?

Yes, they are pullers. I was just trying to make a point in my last post, thats all. Haven't received the headers yet. Decided to wait 'till Monday. I'm just to busy with work. BTW, were did we leave off regarding the gaskets?
