Default biggest size tires on stock 01 Sport Off-Road??

What are the largest tires that I can fit on a stock height 2001 1500 Sport Off-Road truck? I want to put at least 33" MTR's on it.. Will they fit?

Fit is all a matter of perspective. You can put them on there, no trouble at all, Though they may rub a bit here and there. Didn't they come stock with 285s? Those are basically 33" tires....

ok, well i am looking for something bigger then what I have on it now. It has 265/70/17 Hankook DynaPro AT-M tires on it now. I want to go a bit bigger and a bit more aggressive. Just bought the truck and these tires the owner just had put on it, only have around 1,000 miles on them.

I clear 35x12.50's on mine with some slight rubbing of the control arms at full lock. Not bad, just a little annoying

Sure do. I did have a fun time finding mine though. For whatever reason, no tires shops around here carry tires for 17's
