Engine restore is just not a good plan, unless you plan on pulling the motor soon, and just need to 'get by' for a while. The way it works is just as destructive to your engine as not doing anything at all.

Alright here goes! Cant find any new leaks with the dye, after wiping the bottom near the oil pan no oil has dripped, so i guess theres no leaks! As of the last few days ive had real bad smoke on startup after the truck has been sitting, so theres obviously something wrong with the valves, even after i just did the valve seals! Any more input? Its still using a quart every 200-250 miles, the smoke on cold start stops after 5 mins too....

Rear main seal can cause a lot of loss in a small amount of time.

Wonder if the valve guides are too badly worn?

have you done a dry/wet compression test? (not that the test would find buggered oil control rings.....)

Gotta be goin' somewhere.

Wet test came up and concluded the valves were not sealing....Rear main is not leaking, no oil in driveway, no oil leaks anywhere

Wet test will tell you about rings. To test valves, need to do a cylinder leakdown test. If the numbers came up significantly with the wet test, rings are on their way out. (and that would explain oil consumption.)

Pressure didnt increase on wet test! The smoke on cold start is getting worse, and i did notice some smoke getting on the highway today, but it only happened at about 3500 rpms, the engine was revving hard, then as soon as it shifted it stopped.....Im clueless, has to be a head issue

Have you replaced valve seals? (I seem to remember that, but, don't recall if that was you, or another thread......)
