Default 95 2500 4x4 vacuum problem

Ok, well on my 1995 2500 5.9 gas I am have problems getting vacuum to the shifter motor on the front diff. I am getting vacuum supply to the switch on top of the transfer case but nothing goes anywhere else no matter if i am in 2wd or 4wd. I am getting a supply from the white line and nothing in the red, black, or green( which is just a vent anyway). I just replaced the transfer case switch and still nothing. Any ideas......

Thanks

Where are you testing for vacuum at? If at the switch..... maybe you got a bad one, if at the actuator on the front axle, check the steel lines, they like to rust out.....

see if you are getting vac at the skid plate, where the lines switch back to soft lines

There is a problem with the transfer case switch being able to send vacuum to the red or black(2wd or 4wd). Does anyone know what would cause this? Sorry to keep bothering but just trying to get it fixed before more snow comes. Thank you.
