Damn all they check here in tx is that the cat and muffler are still there and if everything works, some vehicles they pressure test the gas cap. If that's all I would go up there clear the codes take it straight to the inspect house and get it done before it comes back on

Did the Key trick and it read out P0443 which according to that list is Evap Purge Solenoid Circ....WTF does that mean? why does my truck read a different code everytime i shut the damn key off. I took it to autozone less than an hour ago and no codes were read! now i take it home shut it off and the CEL comes on and read the codes and this comes up!

I bypassed the AC compressor due to a bad clutch. could that have anything to do with it?

evap purge solenoid is part of your emissions bud. i believe its located on the outer frame rail on the passenger side under the rear of the cab. could just be a bad gas cap too, there is a leak in your evap somewhere.

I forgot a bit of info that might be important. My exhaust broke off about 5 inches past my muffler. It just came to my mind that that might have something to do with the emissions but i really dont see what the rest of my exhaust would do? The muffler is 1 inlet 2 outlets one side of the dual system is good and the other side is broken off about 5 inches past the muffler. I never fixed it because it doesnt really bother me that much

Search engines work well, here is just one topic on code P0443
I searched evap purge and this as well as many other threads came up.
I usually get side tracked by alot of info here on DF when I do a search, Many related problems seem to come up.
Hope this helps I know the key trick did...

EDIT
seems related to your misfire codes too
