Default Thinking of upgrading my gears

i just woundering what would be a good ring and pinion gear and ratio to use. I am running LT285/75/16D but thinking about droping down to LT265/75/16E oh and I have 9 1/4 with lsd 2wd

3.55s that you probably have now won't be bad with the 265's. If you wanted to keep the 285's, 4.10s wouldn't be too bad. Of course, it isn't exactly cheap......

what is a good company to get the ring and pinion from? 4.10 gears should turn the 265s even better right?

LOL... I can see it now(new thread) truck rpms at 9000 when going 55 on highway.


BTW... He never said anything about towing either.
