Put the rear axle on blocks or jacks, remove the tires, replace one lug nut loosely threaded. Hop in cab and turn truck over. Push gas lightly in drive and slam the brakes. The hubs will be loose.

Not all drums have a slot to access the adjuster. I know mine don't.
thanks guys i will just try to tap the drums loose... as far as the header bolt i had a pair of vice grips on it and tried to turn no luck.. it is in the head good and i dont have acess to a welder

Use heat -- and lots of it. It'll be a bear to remove so be patient. Also, you may want to use anti-seize on the new bolts when you bolt the headers back on.
i am a youngin so i dont quite have a large tool selection. best heat source i have would b a butane torch.. would that be affective?
It might, but you may want to spend a couple of bucks and get a propane torch. Many people suggest MAPP gas, but I don't like it because it doesn't last very long. The propane torch will be an investment as it's always handy for heating stubborn fasteners.
