Wow - that sounds like one heckuva weekend ahead!

I'm going to do the Hughes intake fix (not airgap) in the very near future - I too could use the advice as to what else is easy to take care of while I"m in there.

I heard fuel injectors could easily be changed out while in this stage - do you guys recommend going up to 24lb injectors or just stock replacements? I have the typical CAI, Exhaust and Superchips (until someone buys it then I'm buy SCT). I might do the H&R 1.7's while I'm there.

Cap and Rotor, plug wires if they need 'em. Water pump if its old, timing chain and gears if you wanna do the water pump...... just a few more bolts to get there.

For injectors, going larger won't help you without the tune to support them, so, stock replacement, or, something better than stock..... (four hole?) but same flow rate please.

not to get off topic, but does the name brand matter on wires, cap and rotors? It's obviously not a drag racer, but I can appreciate having good stuff.

I went with summit xtreme rotor cap and wires. The are 8mm and are a nice addition

So i Fed up big time freaken was looking at the FI airgap and ordered the rpm manifold. Y I didnt look at the price idk pisses me off sooooo bad hope I can get it sent back and the right one shipped before next weekend.
