Default Rear bearing preload

On the dana 80 I installed new seals in the hubs. According to this page http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/axle/286RBI_specs.html The nut that preloads the bearings is set to 120 to 140 ft lbs. Does that sound right? The spin but seem tight. Not chunky tight but dont spin free. Although it is 17 degrees and it is 80/ 90 but let me know if this seems right. Thanks

Specs from the 01 manual say 120-140 ft/lbs, then Loosen the adjustment nut 1/8 of-a-turn to provide 0.001-inch to 0.010-inch wheel bearing end play.
