Default Started my header Install

I started my header install today. Got both the manifolds off but I broke one of ther studs on the drivers side. Gonna go in the morning and get a bolt remover. Got the passenger side on here is a few pics of the headers and my air intake.

i highly reccomend getting stage 8 locking bolts. other bolts you run the risk of blowing gaskets and warping the headers and bolts coming loose

+1 on the bolts. I broke like 3 studs off on putting mine on, I had to drill and tap the block and put in helicoils word of advice I have the same headers stick them in the oven and let the paint burn off and repaint them with high temp paint so they dont rust

I know people who use the BBQ, so you can do it outside.

come to think of it, you can burn it off on the BBQ, then let them cool and get that ceramic coating and bake them on the BBQ.

If your wife will let you use the oven to burn paint, she can let you use the oven to cure ceramic coating...right!?!?
