Default Does this look like a blown plenum?

its a 99 dodge ram 1500 w/ 5.9L, not sure what its supposed to look like.
So what do yall think??

Yeah, your gonna have a little bit down there. It's when it starts pooling, thats when you have problems.

If your that worried about it, I'd change it. I don't know if mines bad but as much as everyones changing them, I'm changing mine this weekend.

if it hasn't been replaced with an aftermarket aluminum pan, its only a matter of time before it starts to leak.

That looks like a normally functioning PCV valve, not a blown plenum.

Pull the TB off and get a good look. Escpecially look into the back. These engines sit at a slight angle, and the oil, will usually pool near the back.

I just got my new dual exhaust last week. I finally had a nice road trip this week. My question is I have (what I think) is a lot of black soot (sp?) on the stainless tip. And the tip turned almost a goldish color. Cheap product or is there oil getting into exhaust from the plenum thing causing the discoloration.

I'm trying to figure out how to post picture.
