What I usually do to troubleshoot is go to the basics.

Combustion needs fuel, air, and spark.

As there is evidence to lead me to believe fuel is not the issue (a/f goes pig rich when it bogs), that will be the last thing I check.

there are no restrictions to the air flow into the tb, and the sensors that monitor that info are checking ok, for now, but it's still possible the map or Tps is a bit wonky and intermittently faulting.

Im choosing to focus on spark right now, so by studying the FSM, I can see what all could effect the spark, plus its the cheapest place to start.
