That would be another area that needed to be addressed. 2500 to 3000 for a trans that can live behind a turbo motor. And stock in NV.... gonna be buyin' lotsa transfer cases.

FWIW I've only managed to lose the snap ring on my transfercase. I beat on it pretty hard. Remember with a turbo it's not going to be 100% of the torque when you hit the next gear with a manual transmission, it'll take a split second for the boost to come back in, so it's more gradual than say if you had a N/A motor making the same power and not as much of a shock load.

I just think this is a dumb idea. Not to be a dick but its not worth any of the cash. Youre seriously better off putting all that money toward a cummins or towards mods on a truck. not having a fun toy in your engine thatll **** everything up.... just my 2cents again

let's put it this way, you can spend $3000 on N/A mods (cams/bolt ons, etc) and maybe gain 50whp. OR you can slap on a turbo or S/C for 3000 and gain 100-200whp

S/Cs and turbos are safe, you just have to know what you are doing

oh I know, I just think droppin that much money plus another couple thousand for tranny and what not could go towards somethin better.
