I was just reading up on the Hemifever website, and the tuner i was looking at said it supported a "2 bar Map sensor"

What good would this do?

Unless you do forced induction, (turbo, or supercharger) you don't need it. Basically, all it is, is a map sensor that will read PRESSURE in the plenum.

Nothing unless you are running boost. 2 bar should be good for 30psi of boost, iirc.

The naturally aspirated never sees a boost condition, and the stock map sensor is made within a range to read to about 6psi of boost. If you run more than that, you need a map sensor that will reduce the signal so the PCM doesn't freak out seeing that high a pressure and can accurately deliver the correct amount of fuel.
