this is not a daily driver, but i drive it on the street a lot and only RARELY go off road
I don't have any demensions but I can tell you that you'll want the track bar as level to the differential as possible, especially a factory bar. Otherwise you'll put a terrific strain on the ball joint end of the bar, more so than stock. I believe it helps the truck handle bump steer better becase your front axle resists side to side movement. and that also helps tracking and contains 'death wobble".
I don't have 6 inches of lift but I installed a track bar bracket from Top Gun. I'm not sure if it's the Rough or Tuff Country but has the steering box brace which helps keep the bracketry tight.
I'd believe for your lift you'll either want some kind of drop bracket and adjustable bar, or something like a DT or Thuren setup. There's also systems like Karli that utilize third generation componentry.

I'm looking for the same dimensions as well. I can't seem to find any info on this either. I'm a member of several Dodge/offroad forums and have searched endlessly.

I'm more than capable to fab this bracket, just not clear on all the physics/geometry that's needed to insure proper fit/function.

I mean, how strong/thick does the metal have to be? What are the proper(exact) angles that have to be adhered to? Things like that.

I'm new to the forum and certainly not trying to hijack the thread...just coincidental that we have the same dilemma.

Welcome to DF.

As for the suspension, measure out whats there now, and try and maintain the same geometry.

You can't really go TOO thick on bracketry, it IS possible to go too thin though. Measure the metal that the brackets are made of now, and do not go thinner.... a hair bit thicker might be a good plan.

i planned on using quarter plate from the beginning. would never go any thinner for suspension brackets for myself at least.

i know people around here have lifted trucks, nobody can go possibly measure them and make a diagram please!!!

Not to get off topic but is your front bumper painted or plasti-dipped? I think it looks awesome and might do it to mine.

I painted my bumper with krylon fusion semi gloss black. If you want it to look like that other guys, the full gloss will probably do.
