Default rear wheel hop/chatter

I noticed a rear wheel hop/chatter every time I hit the brakes. I have checked the front brakes and the rotors don't seem scored, and the pads are very good. I checked the passenger side drum and shoes, both appeared to be OK. Still have to check the drivers side drum/shoes. Is it possible that the rotors are warped causing the rear hop? Or would it be solely from the rear break system?

drums could be warped, axle seal could be bad(dripping gear oil into drums) outer axle bearing could be shot(check up & down movement of axle shaft with drum off, possible broken retainer springs, ive seen guys put the brake shoes on backwards also, the shoe with the least amount of material should face the front..these are a few things to check on the rear,im sure theres more..

Erm, 4 year old (plus) thread. I REALLY hope he has gotten it fixed by now.
