Default nv3500 rebuild

im going to be rebuilding an nv3500 soon and ive heard they are not very strong trannys but i was wounding if a company made aftermarket kits for them so they can hold more power or what the best rebuild kit / clutch would be for it

replacing it with an NV4500....... If you can find one used, might even be cheaper.

You can't build the NV3500 stronger except for using a stronger clutch, which I doubt you need, considering my stock clutch holds with 7PSI of boost. The NV3500 is fairly stout, just don't shock-load the **** out of it and don't speed-shift it all the time. If you need something stronger, get an NV4500.

ok well i do a little offroading but im gonna buy a dodge that needs the tranny rebuilt really cheap and didnt know if there was an aftermarket rebuild kit for them like autos so they can hold up to more abuse
