Lifter R/R
you'll have to remove your intake manifold (good time to install a hughes pan),rocker arms, and pushrods. you then remove the lifter yoke and retainers... very simple task especially when the engines on a stand
the ones in the corners are a biyatch.. once you pull them up you can push them toward the center of the heads and they will pop out.. they're going to act like they don't want to, but with a little encouragement they will..
if dodge had not have made the little funnel shape in the opening, that wouldn't be possible and you would have to pull your heads to get 'em out..
say: "thank you dodge, you built a crappy design on the intake and plenum pan, and put the weakest stock cam ever devised in these things, but you scored one here"..
