Default Exhaust Piping

Hey, I'm trying to remove two pieces of pipe, one is inside the other clamped with u-bolt. There is no rust on it. Here are some things I've tried.
  • Bolted clamp on free end and hammered at it
  • Sprayed with kroil, pb blaster, wd 40
  • Pipe wrench
  • More hammering
  • turned truck on to heat up piping and was able to turn the pipe but no back n forth motion

I'm thinking blowtorch next.

Any Ideas?

And yes I took the clamp holding them together off

Thanks

What happens when those clamps are torqued down is, the pipes are crimped together. Leave the clamp bolted onto the free end, heat the joint red hot with the torch, THEN hammer on the clamp. They won't be happy about it, but they should separate.

I AGREE with dodgeram07 it would be cheaper to cut it then use a torch.

heat it cherry red, and put on some thick heavy gloves to protect your hands and wiggle the pipe up and down left and right to spread the exhaust pipe and then use a hammer and it should come right out!
