Default How to clean my bed with oil and grease in it?

I have a spray-in bed liner and last week I had a rear diff in the back of the bed UNCOVERED so all the grease and oil from the diff from the half shaft openings got out and got all over my bed. I took it to the car wash and scrubbed the bed with soap and High Pressure washer, it helped a little but it still smells and its still greasy/oily, any tips?

I'd say mean green. That stuff does an awesome job on my engine bay in the Challenger.

You could also try dawn dishwashing soap in warm water and scrub. Carwax soap is really mild as to not hurt waxes so much.

+1 on the dish soap. We clean the tractors with Ajaxs that or the agricultural industrial car wash.

Believe it or else, I've always found Dawn did better than anything else...

no matter what you do don't use cheap dish soap. the stuff sucks. my dad use powder laundry detergent to clean his box liner.

Go to family dollar... (or dollar tree, can't remember which...) and look for some Awesome. Its a carpet shampoo.... clear bottle, yellow fluid, (looks a lot like **** in a bottle.....) The name is accurate, this stuff is indeed awesome.

If you are in Chicago, you may have to wait until it warms up. I would use engine cleaner, but again until it warms up you are going to have a hard time getting it all out.

citris sol mixed with a bit of varsol sprayed on to let soak then scrubb with brush and rinse off. That's the way we get crude oil off the drilling rigs out here lol
