Default big project tool list

ok so here is a list of my parts i have...
new plenium plate and modded keggar
waterpump
double roller timing set
hs 1.7 rr
ball joints
inner and outer tie rods
pitman arm
idler arm
rear shoes , brake springs, drums

ok so i know i need a ball joint press. pitman arm puller, pickle fork, and a brake tool. that should sum up the brakes and suspension parts.
now as far as the motor i need a 3 jaw puller for the timing gears and a good torque wrench. i have a ft lb wrench but do i need a in lb also. thats about all i can think of. i have been reading up and thats where i got this list from just let me know if i need anything else

you need to add beer to the list, cant forget it. haha!! but in all seriousness. i think you got everything major. just a set of basic hand tools

You need an inch lb. torque wrench also. And a large socket and puller for crank bolt and balancer. Don't forget large adjustable wrench or strap wrench or other means of removing the fan clutch.

no fan for me so that saves me a little time... but i do need a inch lb wrench to add to the list and i know this is gettin real specific but you wouldnt know roughly what size the crank bolt is...

1 1/4" or 32mm will work.

Some more for your list:
-tstat
-waterpump bypass hose
-injector o-rings (if you take the injectors out of the intake)
-Stuff to do an oil change and tune-up after the plenum install
-new radiator hoses (just a good time to replace them)
-New serp belt (again, just a good time to replace it if needed)

I know there is more, but I can't think of it all right now. I haven't had my morning coffee.

Assembly lube for the rockers would be a good idea too.

Do the tune up with the intake off. Its a hell of a lot easier that way.....
