Fuel pump problem?

Im not convicing myself its not the problem all im saying is that the voltage is up there fine, but im gonna clean terminals and probably try a new battery

Good idea. Have the battery tested first out of the truck. Wipe/clean the battery tray good and make sure the battery temp sensor is clean not corrored and springs up/down to make good contact with the battery. And get a new relay.
