ok i replaced my dash with a nice one from a junkyard and i hooked all the wires back up and removed the alarm thinking it was that as to eliminate that as a problem retraced and connected wires that where cut to install alarm. checked my grounds and no luck......i dont even have a hood light when the hood is open yet the alarm had power. makes no sence. someone help please i'm about to freaking cry.

 

Check the IOD fuse. I think its in the PDC.

 

Stop sobbing and check the fuses under the hood.

lol i feel like a jackass lmao i'm over here crapping bricks and one of the power wires came out of the battery lead....i just pulled my alarm off for no reason. fml
