Harland Sharp RR's or 3.92's
Very true, if I recall correctly isn't the O/D gear ratio around .69? I know for sure I can keep my foot out of it, that is what my scangauge2 is for.
3.55x.69= 2.45
3.92x.69= 2.70
I guess that isn't too big a difference there.
Thanks Drew

we're speaking strictly my opinion here, that needs to be said...
you will hardly notice the difference at highway speed. You will certainly notice the difference off the line.
If it were me- and, again, my opinion- I would do gears.. it will barely if at all effect your overall mileage, but it will do other important things that the rollers won't: make life easier on your tranny.. and we all know the trannies in these things need all the help they can get.
on the other hand, you can bolt the rr's on in a couple hours, and they can be had for around $350.. You'll be adding torque, which will get you off the line something like the gears will- but at the expense of adding the extra torque to your tranny.. see where I'm coming from?

On your truck I would say yes....your lightweight(for a truck)
My brother has a chevy yes very different but, he went from 3.42 to 3.73's and noticed a difference, had the rear end blow up and got stuck with 3.42's again and you really noticed the difference then.
