Default Disable TC with SCT????????

I know for a fact that i dont have the "black box" under the hood and that i cant do "wire cut/disconect" mod from the PCM. BUT i read in this forum from a member in the 2nd Gen saying that when he got a custom SCT Tune he asked to remove the TCS/TCM/TMR(or somthing to do with traction), and it was removed and his wheels were all the way loose... so if the 2nd Gen has it than i should have it too and i should be able to remove it too with an SCT tune..right? i may not have the little box but it could be internal (PCM) right? im confused
