Throttle body spacer???

technically yes, but the diameter of the tubing isnt as good, and the restriction of the filter housing is worse than a true aftermarket cold air intake, mine made a good difference, could tell right away.

Ostensibly, yes...... but, it is also rather restrictive. Getting one from the aftermarket doesn't really get you any colder air, as most of them draw from the same location as stock, but, they sure as hell flow better.

Hells yes. The taller you go the more power you'll make. If you can get it into the ozone where you can pull in high concentrations of ultra cooled O3 that that truck'll breath fire. O3 is like poor mans NOS, subzero temp O3, well..... Plus tall spacers makes a sweet flag pole. No need to run an airfilter with tall enough spacers either since dust can't float that high.
