Default air breather adapter

ok, i currently have the stock breather that comes with 2nd gen. dodge rams, but i have recently come across this other breather, im not sure what vehicle its off of, i do know it a magnum engine breather i like the box style breathers, im just looking for some sort of adapter for where the breather clamps onto the air intake, and a hose that i can lead to outside the engine compartment. I know they have nice breather kits and cold air intake kits for a price but i like creating and customizing my own stuff, and for a cheaper price and suggestions would be appreciated.
