Default slight rattle noise at low idle

Hi, my 2001 2500 5.9 makes this slight rattle/vibration from the rear-left ish side of the truck when i take off gently. It only happens when i am in gear. (new auto tranny installed last month) the noise is only there until i reach about 20km an hour, then the truck is rides smooth. My drive shaft u-joints seem fine, no play at all. All my fluids are clean and at correct levels.

any help in diagnosing this would be much appreciated

Todd

Did you check all the hangers on exhaust?? Might be a heat shield, those do rattle when they get rotted out.

Make sure the bolts on your leafs are tight? And in place? Or maybe your drums are catching on that one side?

Or the muffler for that matter. Crawl under there and bang on 'em.
