Default tailgate adjustments
anyone know how to adjust the tailgate handle to latch rod? i was looking and it seams to me that there is not adjustment methods.

Bend the rods.

Or bend the little tabs in the handle mechanism. Had to do that after dad bent my tailgate.

yup. Bending the rods Is SOP in the bodyshops. It usually task just a little bend in the rod to fix things.
