1994 Diesel 2500 Weird Trans Problem?

The problem is fixed! Hopefully this can help someone using the search function. Thank you to all that helped!
I found a guide to adjusting the TPS. Even though the TPS was brand new it only had .01V to the signal (orange) wire. I drilled out the holes so I could rotate it counter clockwise until I was in the proper range .8-1.2V. Tightened it down, and its fixed!
