Default Front End Feels Like It Is Not Connected

When going over slight bumps the front end wobbles a little and like in the title it feels like its not connected i have 3'' coil spacers and when the person who had the truck before put them on i dont think they had the shocks replaced. Also my truck is missing the sway bar and steering stabilizer. Why Might someone take this off?

Feeling particularly silly?

Check the track bar. Any slop at either end, replace it.

Someone might remove the sway bar to gain additional suspension travel -- it's a common enough thing to do. Removing the steering stabilizer? The only thing I can guess is being too cheap to replace one that's been whacked by a rock.
