Doing Timing Chain today...
.........................wow, i went to pick up food, it was running fine for about 10 mins...then the heat went to cold, and she overheated......cant get it to come out of it.....im done with it for the night....i have to drive it to work tomorrow, hopefully she doesnt die from the heat....
Oh, lottery tickets....No wonder you cant afford to put money in your truck!
You should have got a double roller. I regret not getting one, these ones with the factory design chain will just stretch again.

yea...i figured as much....i didnt wait until it was warmed up all the way, i just filled it, let it run like 3 minsutes, put cap on and took off....i was anxious to drive it
and i wanted to order a comp cams double roller, but i ddint want to wait the 2-3 days to get it....i procrastinated my HB, and it broke like i said, and i wasnt going to take the chance with my timing chain......but the job was easy enough that later i can put a double roller in it....and for once i did a job without running into a snag.....aside from the overheating which is a quick fix....
