Ya I figured it out... had to re pin everything for a 9007 with a 9007 single beam bulb and ditch the bi xenon setup. Which had a halogen highbeam on the bulb as well as the hid low.

 

I ordered it late after work one night at like 4 am..I guess I could have ordered the wrong kit technically bc what they sent looks identical to my friends lo/Hi halogen kit.. halogen bulb along the side of the hid bulb. I dunno point is I got it working with a 9007 single beam I had extra of. Thanks for the tips though.i appreciate it. Oh and don't order stuff half asleep lol
