Default rims from a 3rd gen

I have a buddy that just bought a set of 20's off of a 3rd gen ram. the tire size 275/60/R20. His truck is a 1999 2WD. will the rims and tires will fit on the truck without any modifications? If not, what modifications will need to be done to make them fit?

Not on a 1994-99 2WD. The holes on the wheel that go over the hub has to be modified.

+1. The center hubs have to be bored out a little in order to fit around the bearing dust caps. If you do this make sure to get a nice silver or chrome paint to paint the dust caps with, as you won't be able to use the center caps for the wheels.

ok, thank you very much. i guess its just a matter of shaving either the rim down, or the hub. i will let you guys know how it went if he gets them on

EDIT: will a 4x4 hub/rotor assembly fit onto a 2wd in order to try and make the rims fit? just a shot in the dark

I actually forgot that I was looking into this for him LOL. Well, he ended up buying a ****fire off me to use as his DD and parked the truck at his parents. He sold those rims to a buddy cause he couldnt be bothered to do anything with them. His loss
