I have a 5" skyjacker lift and a 3" body and running 37's with d44 and 4.10's. I havent really had any problems. although i do wish i had 4.56's. If i could go back I would've just stuck with the 5" skyjacker and some 35's. I use it for a street truck and maybe twice a year i take it in the mud. And since it being the off road package it has extra truss webbing on front axle.

i have the 5.5" fabtech kit on my truck, at first i had 35's on it and the destroyed my d44 but my wheels had some major dish on them and i think that was the major downfall. i switched to the dana 60's and put 37 12.5s on it and would rub in the walmart parking lot so i put a 3" body lift i had laying around on it and i thought the 37's looked to small so now i have 38.5 ground hawgs and i still think they look to small. i think a set of 39.5 irocks would look great but im pretty sure i will have to trim my fenders to flex at all.

I don't think that you are supposed to install a spacer lift on top of a suspension lift. Neither lift is built for that kind of application, its like putting hockey pucks between your leaf springs and axle for a couple extra inches ( believe it or not, I have seen that done ).
