Default Check valve delete made quite a difference

I did the check valve delete today, and it made quite a difference in the way my truck drives. It no longer feels like it is a struggle to run down the road. The trans seems to shift much smoother, and it seems like my shift points changed slightly.

Another thing is the trans doesn't seem to downshift quite so readily when I start to accelerate while cruising down the road. It also seems like my rpm's dropped almost 200 at 55 mph.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this?

Mind plays tricks when youve done or changed something.

I guess if it was partially clogged and restricting fluid flow it could cause some interesting issues. Or it could all be in your head.
