Got heat? Warm 'em with a torch. Or, drown them with chemicals. A tight wrench, and breaker bar works fairly well too.

Why are you replacing the rear O2?

cut the wires off put a box wrench on it and then slide the box end of another wrench over the open end of the wrench on the o2 sensor and yank! should loosen with ease! i had no problems at all taking mine out and i live in new england where they over salt the roads in the winter!

I'm replacing them cuz the truck has 162,000 miles and I'm pretty sure they are originals. Plus the truck just seems very drowgy at times and the shop i go to told me they were bad (engine light).

The rear 02 sensor just checks to see if the catalytic converter is working. It doesnt affect performance. Just change the front one with a NTK or Denso sensor.

PB Blaster or Aero Kroil, heat, and a large cheater bar.

Thats the stuff I used to take out the rust on my truck when I was puttin lift on, good stuff man. If you take out front sensor you have better flow? I cut my pipe off behind cat then got flex pipe and bend it down as weekend warrior but put'er back on when it gets annoying haha. Irrelevent but I thought id say lol.
