That the same problem I am having. I have driven maybe around 100 miles so far and it still wont idle. I just keep my foot on the pedal the whole time.

you check the IAC? it on the back of the TB, check the wires going to it

UPDATE!!!

Ok went out today to work on it and VROOM!! started right up and runs no problem :-)

Thanks for all your help guys. Must have just taken a long time to reset the idle.

I did my 3" body lift and used the 3" extension for the trans shift linkage now it won't fit but when I took it off this now to short what do I do?

The linkage is adjustable...... start there.

I believe its cause the guy I had reweld the extension in has it backwards of what it should be. But also is it necessary for the steering extension? It looks fine to me.

If they give it to you in the kit, I would install it. You don't want to find out that Yes, it IS necessary, by having your steering shaft fall apart while driving. That would most certainly be a pants-filling moment.
