Default help - P0743 code

The other day my 1996 5.2 liter 4x4 stalled all day when I came to a stop. It always started back up and ran fine, until I came to a stop again.. It was wet and rainy, but that has never affected performance before. Anyway, I borrowed a scan tool and got the following code P0743-Torque Converter clutch circuit electrical. Anybody know what's up with that?

Sounds like the TCC ground lead from the trans, to the PCM is getting grounded out somewhere, so TCC is not disengaging. Its like trying to stop a manual trans truck, in gear, without pushing in the clutch.
