yes.

but before you do that, consider timbren rubber springs for about $200 a pair.
the advantage is a normal unloaded ride, then they kick in after you sag about an inch. http://timbren.com/

if you go the junkyard route, just match the width, length, and center hole location of your existing springs. note that some leafs have the center hole in the, umm, center, and others are offset to the front or rear for some odd reason.

you'd also need longer u-bolts and a longer center pin (bolt) and possible - a longer set of clamp things/retainers that keep the springs in line.

i did this on my old chevy a long time ago, and got springs from a van, and more of less - doubled each of my leafs. i just used a 5/16 inch bolt for the center pin, and the u-bolts from some other vehicle in the junk yard that had a taller stack than mine. back then i only paid about $5 for the leafs and u-bolts at the yard. it was, and still is, one rough riding sob.

ive heard of people just chopping 1' out of the center of two or three leafs and bolting them onto each side.
it will give you a little height and wont effect the ride too much

if you plan on getting springs from a 2500....keep in mind they are 1/2 inch wider and you need to use the brackets for them. Meaning cutting and welding.

Just buy an add a leaf kit.

Not all Ram 2500 have 3in wide springs. Some had 2.5in, I have 2.5in wide Ram2500 Springs under the rear of my Dakota.

So if you find a set of 2.5in it will be a simple Add A Leaf swap. Longer center bolt and possibly longer U-Bolts needed depending on what you take off and what you add.

Here is a great link with prof of both sizes in the Ram2500.
73-93 2.5in
94-02 2.5 and 3in
03-up 3in

You could, but I would not on my life trust junkyard suspension stuff, just like I will never pull drive line parts from a yard. Most of the cars and trucks are at a yard for one reason or another most of them are there cuz they were wrecked.

not all cars at junk yards have been in an accident.
with the cash for clunkers program a lot of vehicles were turned in cause they got less than 10 mpg
