Default Oil leak from drive shaft?

The leak is coming out of the tranfercase by the drive shaft does anyone know how to get that bearing out? The transfercase has 5 or 6 bolts holding on the housing can I pull that off?

Its most likely to be the rear seal on the transfer like 97tn4x4 said. I had to do a couple of them and yeah they are not hard. Kinda seemed hard to find a little but the istall is not hard. You dont need to pull the transfer just knock the seal out and put the new one in.

should be able to unhook the driveshaft from the yoke, and then take the yoke off and pry ur seal out and put the new one in.

Ya its the rear seal on the transfercase! So if I take off the drive shaft the yoke will slide right out the transfercase? If so all need to do is pull the old and press the new one in?

get a good seal - brand name National from Advance or other, or SKF from Napa. don't use a crap-*** Timken seal. i've never had one seal and not leak.

also - mark the location of the drive shaft into the rear end yoke, and reinstall it in the same orientation.
