Default Back to the A/C (Progress)

Finally took the truck to a shop and they evacuated the system and recharged it and the a/c compressor still doesnt kick on. He tried switching the a/c clutch relay with the horn relay but it made no difference. He said he was certain it was an electrial problem but he didnt have time to look at it till next week. So where do i start? what do you guys think? Im not to sure what electrical wouldpower the a/c compressor. He also tried to bypass the low side switch and it didnt kick on.thanks for any help, i live in arizona and its startin to get HOT so i need to figure this out before it gets in the 100's

Bypass the high side switch. (a jumper in the connector will work.) See if that gets its attention.

sorry for the multiple post but i thnk im on to something! An existing problem is that when i honk my horn, it blows the fuse. well just now i put a new fuse in for the horn an as soon as i did that, the a/c compressor kicked on. it ran for about 5 seconds and then quit for 3 seconds and repeated this cycle. the air and the suction line got cold. then i honked my horn 3 times and it blew the fuse and compressor quit working. sooo whats this mean? is there a connection between the 2?
